My car is write-off and the third party insurance agrees to pay the market value of my car, which is not a lot as it’s 12 years old. I currently have a hire car and 3rd party insurance company would only pay up to 10 day since they have issued the cheque for my car. It’s not easy to find and buy a car in 10 days. 3rd party insurance company says that it’s their policy to provide hire car for maximum of 10 days. Is it a fair deal or they should provide ma a car until I find one?
